About Me

Hello,

I am an engineer with a broad background. I graduated from Northeastern with a Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering. I'm passionate for all things engineering, software, and everything in between.

I've picked up a lot of experience in fields ranging from manufacturing, building design, research, software development, and test engineering.

At the present moment,

I am working at Instron, but I am always open to new engineering/research opportunities. If you are looking for someone with an interdisciplinary engineering background, feel free to reach out.

Outside of work, I've worked on some fun projects you can look at if you keep scrolling. Otherwise, you might catch me invested in miscellaneous activities (rock climbing, olympic lifting, going outside, etc).

Projects

OpenAI Car Racing

Solved the car racing environment in the OpenAI Gym without reinforcement learning. Tuned a PID controller for high speed steering and added logic to allow faster turning.

Climate Control Chamber

Designed a transparent, temperature and humidity controlled chamber with automated droplet injection. Temperature was controlled from 20°C to 45°C (±1°C) and relative humidity was controlled from 3% to 98% RH (±5%).

Quantum Hawk Test Fixture

Designed a highly stable, cyclic test fixture for a video extensometer. Supports four different calibration tests, adjustable working distances, and fine precision adjustment of each test target.

Inverted Pendulum Simulation

Created an interactive website to simulate PID control of an inverted pendulum. The physics was solved with Lagrangians and simulated with RK4.

Universal Sonic Game

An ongoing project my friend started to create a Sonic game that combines the abilities and features of multiple games into one game. I assist with developing the physics, camera control, and creating models to match behavior from other games.

Particles Art (?)

This was an accident while I was trying to make something else on this website... but it looked nice
